Never Back Down
Karate Kid meets Fight Club in a retelling of the Rocky themed underdog struggling to survive and emerging victorious. Although there are some strong elements reinforcing the importance of fathers in the home, honoring mothers, and bearing responsibility not just for your own actions but also your emotions, these positive elements are interwoven in a decadent portrayal of the worst of the hedonism of America’s affluent youth culture.
